Two storey end extension to provide additional changing facilities on the ground floor and a new shop, extended kitchen and function area. DDA adaptations including a new lift enclosure. 2005-2006

Single storey extension to form additional kitchen facilities and two extra toilet areas. Traditional built brick/block cavity construction with flat roof. Internal walls dry lined and skim finish, suspended tile ceiling.

Strip off existing roof coverings and replace with new, strip out the existing internal layout, form new door openings and construct partitions in order to form new layout. Replace all fixtures and fittings with new.

Full modernization of a 2 bed semi-detached property. Extensions to the side and rear to create a 4 bed semi with spacious living areas. Extending the property created a fantastic living arrangement.
